In an effort to improve our participation in wars and overall Clan health we are making some changes to the clan rules.  We are looking at making various changes to the way the clan currently operates.  This is the first part of upcoming changes.

Proposed Promotion Changes:

Clan Member level reset.   We will be reducing the number of Co-Leaders to 4 as part of this reset.  Current Co-leaders will be changed to Elder.
Elder level Change.   Elder will be earned based on participation in 2 wars and 300 donations per one season.
Co-Leader level change.  Co-leader promotions will be based on nominations and member agreement.
Re-promotion.  Any member who is leaving has to give notification and agreement by a leadership member.  Otherwise all re-promotions will need to be earned!  No Exceptions
